GT3 bumper for my 997 C2S

I am really wanting a GT3 bumper for my 05 997S. I have found Suncoast Porsche has them for $1750 unpainted. I would like to hear from anyone that has done this with either the GT3 or OEM Aerokit. How much did paint and install cost? Also after complete how was the fit and finish? I really like the more aggressive look. I am new here, just got my first Porsche from Porsche of Omaha last week.

I replaced my 06 C2S with a GT3 bumper from Suncoast 2 yrs ago. The fit was perfect. The material was polyurethane. No modifications were needed. It just fitted right up. The standard surface prepration was done by my shop. Nothing special. Cost varies. I have a good business relationship with my shop, so cost was $400+ for paint and installation.

i'd also advise a clear bra since the front bumper takes the most abuse from road debris..

Sorry to be off topic a little but I just bought a GT3 front bumper and was wondering if the visual balance will be off if you don't have a rear wing or a GT3 rear bumper. Thoughts?

I think that's a matter of personal taste. If you're asking if there's an aerodynamic/functional balance, then that's another topic to discuss.

I think a GT3 front bumper alone looks fine. Seen this on many, many cars and I think it's probably one of the most popular cosmetic mods.
