the perfect seat adjustment
I drive as I described 100% of the time and it is very comfortable. And I am talking hundreds of miles per stint, not Starbucks runs.

I notice that many drivers assume lounge positions while driving and that is very bad and dangerous, especially in a sports car. Alas, future cars seem to cater to the lounge chaise crowd. Why then a sports car?!?
I notice that many people these days drive with their hands together at the top of the wheel; they seem to be supporting themselves there. That is a terrible way to steer. The same is true holding the steering wheel at the bottom.

The body seeks lowest energy... Hmm! I drive hours on end on the open road (and not racing) for hours in the proper position and I do not get tired. Tri it. It helps your fitness.
