Cracked Windshield

I jacked up my car from the drivers side rear jacking point to flush the clutch slave cylinder fluid.

I jacked the car up fairly high to get underneath to the bleeder valve. Both wheels on the driver side were well off the ground.

Is it possible to damage the car flexing the chassis too much when jacking high from one corner? The reason I asked is that I noticed the windshield had a 6 inch crack starting from the bottomr right (passenger) side of the windshield. That got me to thinking and worrying that jacking the car this high from the rear driver side may have flexed the car enough to cause this. Could it have caused any other chassis damage?

I have done 6 track days over the past 5 months and just noticed the cracked windshield. I don't know how long the crack has been there.

I am just wondering if it is bad to jack a car that high from one corner? I did use a 3 ton harbor freight rolling jack and it was correctly placed on the jacking point.

You are right. I took it by an auto glass repair shop and they pointed out where a rock hit it. It was in the right side of the windshield where it is black so it was hard to see the chip.
