Problem with Orange Tuning

I recently purchased Dectane tail lights from Frank at Orange Tuning in Germany. I love them and they work great and the smoked finish looks nice with my white 997. The problem:

Orange sent clear lenses at first. When I informed them, Frank asked me to repackage them and forward them to a gentleman in the US via a reputable service and he would send me the smoked set I had ordered and reimburse me for my costs. At least he did the former, but he has ignored numerous email requests to reimburse me for my postage costs. I have found Frank to be responsive in the past but sometimes not quickly so I sent him a few reminders over a two week period. Not a huge amount (~$20), but in the interest of full disclosure, some may find this information useful.

Why is this useful info - you should change change your title since it's not the lights you have a problem with.

The information is useful as others who may be considering doing business with them may wish to know how they treat their customers. I was able to edit the title within the thread but not as it shows up on the forum, but I would do so if you would tell me how to do so.

I've purchased numerous items from Frank and have never had a problem. Did you pay via credit card or Paypal? Maybe it's just taking a while for the credit to come through.

I get the foggy lights after washing the car. I park in the garage and live in Orange County, CA, so I really wouldn't see the fog issue any other time. There is clearly a seal that is not doing it's job! But as carrera997 say, what can ya do? I LOVE the look!

Hey GTRR I would love to see what these lights look like. I have a 07 Carrera and am considering purchasing some I live in Coto De Caza, any chance you live near by and I could drive by and see them in person?

The tail lights aren't sealed, they have vents. Likely that the heat of the LEDs make them more prone to fogging than stock lights.
