Post ur Pics: Kids in a Carrera!

"Aww, do we have to take mommy's car" has been heard many a time since I got my 911. I told my wife the 911 was a just a Big Wheel for big kids, but apparently little kids love it too. Here's a pic of the kiddos:

I don't have kids, but it took me a couple of seconds to figure out that it's probably not the greatest idea to post pics of kids (even if they're your own...) on a public forum? Regardless of that; congratulations. You have beautiful children. Those pictures make the rear seats look a lot bigger than they really are!

I took these pictures the other day and was looking for a thread to post them to -
My 9 year old son and I went from Atlanta to Nashville for a travel hockey weekend. We have two other cars besides the 911: a Passat wagan and a Suburban. Since the wife took the VW to Columbus GA for hockey games with the 7 y.o., I had a choice of the Suburban (11 mpg hwy) or the Porsche (20mpg hwy). Needless to say...

So the stick fits along the sill, and kid goes in the front seat

the bag goes in the back

here's the pic of the huge bag. We also had our own duffle bags, a garment bag for jerseys, cameras, wine, etc.

Oh, and by the way - we had a bit of room up front, but since I have a spare up there, I didn't bother. It was a fun weekend!

Other than proper-sized people, the back is actually perfect for kids. It's pretty cool how much stuff you can actually fit in the back of a 911. Maybe that should be picture thread in the making.

I ride horses and have my dressage whip lying on the sill like you have with your son's hockey-stick.

Why exactly? I'm sincerely curious.

986WANG is infamous around these parts
I have a 3 and a 2 year old. Wonder kids up to what age still fits or willing to ride in the back seat? I am in the market for a 4 seat sports car. The real contenders so far are 997, E92 M3, and Nissan GTR. I am leaning toward the 997 >GTR> M3

No comparison. I would do the 997. Obviously, I am not being biased here

Fear of them doing what? I mean, it's kinda hard to correlate some kids in a picture on some forum to actual children. Not sure where the risk is.

Errr...think we can step away from this disturbing topic on such a lighthearted thread. Especially on T-day? Someone else please post a cute pic to un-creepify the mood here, mmmkay?
