Sports headers / 200 cell HJS cats

Installed a set of fabspeed's sports headers/200 cell cats on my 997.2 S
The 200 cell cats connect to the fabspeed X pipe and then to the PSE.
The headers/cats are lighter and beautifully engineered and finished by fabspeed.
There was some difficulties on installation with an OZ spec car. Areas of complexity included fitting the O2 sensors into the cats. This included pre/post cats. This involved cutting a round section through the heat shield and elongating the O2 sensor loom wire from the engine bay due to the different position of the O2 sensor placement on the HJS cats.
Also modification of a 10 mm socket is needed to remove/fasten header bolts.
The bolts were torqued to 8 Nm.

The end result is a stunning sounding exotica sports car. It has a very deep tone and high RPM's seriously screams. In cabin noise is intoxicating and I love it. Maybe not for all.
I'll post some photos
Having diffiulties posting JPEG
any advice ???

I put Green Motorsports headers & 100 cel cats on mine, similar issue. Didn't have a problem with the socket or loom wire, only the heat shield & associated bracketry. Best mod I've made & I have many.

Look on their web site, that's my car. If you get CEL's, install mini cats (or get a tune that compensates).

No problems with CEL
DME has been altered and tuned
Currently data logging lambda values for both banks, along with EGT, load and rpm, along with ignition timing

I will take a look on their website.
I was unaware of any aftermarket hardware available for the 997.2 in oz
To install the O2 sensors into the fabspeed cats you have to release the blue loom wire that's connected in the engine bay to allow for extra length to fit the O2 sensor into its correct position
Tough job

I see. Do you know which type of catalyst it is? Supposedly there are 2 types of 200 psi metallic catalyst from HJS, one of which will cause a CEL while the other won't on a stock tune.
