Got my new wheels!!!!!!
Here they are on my car!!! VERY happy with the wheels, and the look. I had originally thought about going all black, but Tom at Champion Motorsports convinced me otherwise, and I'm glad he did! I like the polished lip much better, now that I see the wheels on the car. Also had the H&R springs installed, lowering the car by about 1 inch. It drives GREAT...a LOT smoother than I thought!!! Anyway, here's the pics....sorry about the crappy quality, they were taken with my iPhone. Better pics probably this weekend.

Thanks for all the replies!!!
I really don't know how much unsprung weight I dropped, but the car handles really well, and the ride and acceleration are quite smooth.
They are 19 inch wheels.
I am VERY happy!!!

Going from OE Carrera Sport wheels to my Volk TE37, I noticed the car's ability to accelerate faster than with any other mod I have done.
Not sure about the offset, but they are pretty flush with the fender. So far, NO negative effects on lowering the ride one inch...handles great, smooth ride. I do however go over potholes and bumps in the road a lot slower, but I always have.
The rims look nice.
On another note, I've never understood the allure of lowering a car. 911's already sit pretty low. I already have to take speed bumps freaky slow, could not imagine all the "oh crap" moments if I had it any lower.

It's a matter of personal taste I guess. I really did NOT like that huge fender gap that my car had. Lowering the car gives it a sleeker profile, especially when the wheels are either flush or near flush with the fenders. Take the GT3 for instance. The ride height is just right, from the factory. Why couldn't all the 997's be like that? Again, just an opinion, and a matter of taste. Personally, the lower the better, if done right. Check out the ride height on the Rauh Welt Porsches. Essentially NO fender gap whatsoever......barely enough space to slide a credit card between fender and wheel. Looks really slick with the flared fenders!!!
Nice wheels - I also agree having the polished lip is better than going all black. Katera / Abdon - you guys with the S cars are lucky enough to already have somewhat lowered ride height with PASM - the fender gap I had with my C4 was huuuge and putting in the H&R springs really pulled the whole thing together for me.
Congrats!
