Need your inputs!

I'm fortunately to have found a 2008 911 Targa C4S with less than 10K miles with Triptronic, Sports Chrono, Turbo wheels, sound system and full leather.

The is in mint condition with a perfect record. The asking price is $64K.
I was going to go with a 2009 but a used low mileage C4S starts at $75K

Questions:
1. Is this a good deal?
2. What should I watch out for in this model year: '08 Targa C4S
3. Should I go with '09, instead of '08?
4. Can I mod the front and rear lights with LED?
5. Can I add the PowerKit? And is it worth it?

Thanks!

I'd vote for the '09 with PDK (has LEDs already)-you may not need that 'power kit'. That 08 targa c4s would be sweet and I bet they didn't make many-in case you care about some exclusiveness. Only you know your budget limits. good luck

I like to get a 2009 as well but is the $12-15K difference worth it between an '08 vs '09?

It wasn't for me, so I went with a CPO 08. The values of 997.2 will tank once the 991 comes out. The 997.2 was the new kid on the block till only very recently, so the pricing still reflects that. Once the availability of 991 will rise, the 997.2 will not be looked at as that much different than 997.1. I would get a good deal on 08 and save the money, or wait a bit longer and see what happens to the 09.

Thanks for your feedback. I think for $65K, the 911 is the best every day sports car.
I can get M3, M5, GTR, etc but none better than 911 for looks and performance
