When does a fire extinguisher cost $340? when it looks like this:

What a wonderful device. perfectly crafted, beautifully machined aluminum parts, comes with a flat surface mount and powder coated in glossy black to match my black 997. I couldn't see myself putting one of those hideous automotive FE inside my lovely Porsche... they either look like a can of Raid or something you will pick at homedepot. This one, made by safecraft is enough to put an engine fire and then run for your life. Halon makes no residue and easy to clean after, if you manage to save your whip.

Since I have aluminum track mats, I will just bolt the unit on front of the passenger seat.
Some pictures:

I've had my Safecraft FE for years now. Fortunately I've never had to use it.

As shown in the pic I used a seat mount. It's really stable and right there if you ever need to use it. The quality of the mount & FE is exquisite.

Yes, exquisite is the right word. I wasn't expecting such quality in such a mundane appliance. kudos to SafeCraft!

Very nice looking extinguisher and mount. I've never been too fond of my red extinguisher.
