Help - Clutch work on a 2006 911

Hello, need some advice: Indy quoting $2,700 for following:

Replace clutch - standard Sachs kit
Replace RMS
New Oil Filter, top of oil
Replace crank, flywheel seal
Replace clutch slave cylinder
Replace clutch release arm
Replace clutch actuating Fork
Replace clutch pushrod seal
Replace pilot bearing
Replace pivot ball pin
Flywheel bolts

All labor included to perform above, plus swapping axles left to right and vice versa.

9 hours of labor quoted for all clutch work.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thank you.

What Indy are you using? Where in Michigan are you at?

I recently had my Clutch & RMS done for 1500. However you're having quite a bit more done than I did.

Not sure what you're asking but i'd bet your dealer would charge a quite a bit more.

Since you have the list, contact a dealer and another reputable indy for their quotes.

I just had my clutch, flywheel and RMS replaced at dealership on Long Island. Along with oil change ($340), brake fluid flush/replace (~$250) and new wiper blades the total came out to $5,575. If the guy is reputable, I would take the $2,700 and run!

The flywheel alone was listed as $1,500 for the part.

Don't think it included a flywheel. I had my clutch replaced last fall. I got new slave cylinder, clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, flywheel, spark plug change, oil change and rms for $3500.

I also live in MI and used an Indy. Contact me for the detail if you wish.

Porsche of Huntington.

That is where I bought the car. The service guy seemed genuinely unhappy about having to replace the flywheel too.
