I noticed a distinct slight improvement from mid 18s to 19.something when I changed the oil with 0W-40 and a fresh oil filter and engine air filter. (I'm not sure which oil was in there before).

Just got the GTR. Mix of highway and city, it eeks out 13 mpg. Get on it around town and you get 9. I couldn't believe it.

Right around 15 mpg or so, almost all city type driving.
