Anyone familiar with this company and/or had any experience dealing with them ?

Bought a few pieces from them, got invoiced and paypaled $550 two weeks ago and poof---hocus pocus. They disappear.

No response to emails and/or calls since.

 

I have bought and corresponded with him before, and he delivered. I hope it all works out for you. I think its one guy, not a company, so things happen sometimes.

 

^+1. Frank from Exlcusive Option is a stand up guy. It may take a while for him to deliver the product, but his workmanship is excellent. I have ordered more than a few pieces from him, and you'll be amazed at the OEM like quality of the leather and stitching. Give him another week and see. Hope he's ok.

 

That's weird. I bought a piece from them last year, and it came without any problems, then Frank? emailed after to see how I liked it...did you check your spam folder?

 

Sometimes it takes Frank a few days to answer emails. I have purchased a lot of parts from Frank @ Exclusive never a problem and the quality is excellent.

 

Frank is a great guy to deal with. He does respond albeit a bit slow at times being overwhelmed with orders. In addition, i heard they are in the midst of shifting premises. Hence give him some time to response. Good luck and hope all turns out well.

 

That interior with the red stitching is amazing. Is that something done by exclusive or is that a Porsche option?

 

Looks like he does a great job of matching the factory stuff.

 

It's an Exclusive Option's option. Porsche does not have that option. Prior to getting the red deviated stitching on some of my leather parts from Exclusive, I checked with Porsche, and there were no options for this. I have to admit, Frank's work is fantastic; matches or even exceeds OEM leather and stitching quality, in my experience.

 

I have been buying stuff from him for about a year. I have to admit that lately (last several weeks) it has taken an eternity to get the things I paid for. Also have to admit that I have been extremely happy in all instances with the quality.

This isn't Frank's day job, so it's not like you're ordering from a parts shop that does nothing but.

Anyway, idiots like me have placed orders that make yours look like small change, so fear not, I think you will get the goods. Just maybe a little slower than expected. Do you have his phone number? If not, PM me.

 

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. After 2 1/2 weeks, Frank has emailed me back and indicates the gear shift leather boot and ebrake handle (both in deviated red stitching ) are en route.

I was impatient and he was busy.

I'll post pics once everything is put together. Should match well with the red seat belts and new steering wheel (with red stitching too ) from Dan a Vivid Racing.
