Headlight washer covers in BLACK

A few months ago while looking thru ebay I ran across some Techart matte black headlight washer covers....I forgot to purchase them and now they are nowhere to be found....Does anyone know where I can find a set....There suppose to be like caps that cover the chrome washers....

Just sand and paint the ones on the car. Now if I can figure out how to get them off I would.
Have pulled but they won't budge. Anyone with tips?

Any photos with black headlight washers? Sounds like it might be a good extra mod while my bumper is getting re-sprayed...

$200 for painting those two little nubs seems a bit crazy.
Unless you are having him match a wild crazy color just get it from paintscratch.com and DIY.

I need silver or guards red. If I had the whole red black theme going I'd jump on these.

I plan to pull them out and paint them matte black or matte silver with plasti-dip but I don't have an idea about how to get them out without removing the bumper. Any thoughts guys?

SEM Trim black (spray can). $14. You'll be using what most shops would use.
