If anything this is an interesting study on human behavior. People really seem to jump on the back of someone who is labeled as a villain. When the "victim" announces forgiveness, the tune seems to change...

Suncoast has responded to the OP many times. As a business owner and internet consumer I think the offer of Suncoast to split the costs associated with return/exchange was fair. The OP has obviously had time to reflect and, I believe, he is alright with the situation. Mistakes happen and big boys and girls have to be willing to accept that it's not always completely one side's fault.
