Cabrio Roof Mechanism maintenance

I have a 2007 997 C2 Cabrio that I have noticed some intermittent 'groans' from the roof mechanism when opening roof.

Is there any maintenance items that should be serviced? Is there a scheduled maintenance for these items. Hinges, pivots etc.?

Could not find anything in owners manual.

My 08 cab does the same thing from time to time and I have had it checked several times by the dealer, still under CPO, and they gave it a clean bill of health.
