my meteor grey finally got here yesterday :)

Hello everyone,

Finally after waiting almost a week, she finally arrived to my house yesterday, and sorry didnt log in any sooner but was super busy driving it, shifting gears (kinda remembering after 7 years driving automatic), and playing around with the settings, oh man this car is super fast too easy to hit 75 mph without even noticing, engine sounds beautiful.

btw, thank all of guys for your comments, feedback and helping me while I was in the process of buying.

it's a 997.2 meteor grey/black

manual trans.
sport chrone
adaptive sport seats
heated seats
bose system
PCM/nav
universal audio

I think that's about it, I will take some pics and upload them in a few hours

I'm considering ordering clear side markers and do the gundo hack I think a few weeks, I want to test the car as is for a while to get the feeling before starting doing any mods.

The only issue I have right now is that the ipod/iphone cable doesn't charge my iphone, so my battery dies during the day and have to charge it while I'm at work, anybody know of any cables or how to make the iphone charge and at the same time play music, I tried plugging in the usb (since that's how I had it on my other car) but iphone doesnt play music through the usb port.

You need to plug in both ends of the Y cable the USB AND the audio part (this applies for the "universal audio interface" on a 997.2)

I had the same issue. Bought an adaptor from ebay which allows for Iphone re-charge while hooked up to your ipod cable so that the battery does not die.

Hey guys, first of all merry xmas to all of you, sorry for disappearing for quite a while, between xmas shopping and closing books at work for the year-end didn't have time to log in here besides couldnt find my camera to take some pics.

today, before going to work I took some pics which are below, hope you like them, I think I might do the tinted windows tomorrow, install the clear side markers tomorrow and upload new pics.
