I think it's called gray-black. I have only seen it on GT-3RS models.

That's correct. I took some photos of the car below at a cars & coffee in Raleigh in November '11. The sticker read, "Gray Black", and it was a $5500 PTS option.

Nice car.

Interesting color - the car you show is a 4GTS not at GT3RS so looks like someone else ordered PTS color.
