The "cowl" leading edge is slightly warped on the driver's side just under the wiper attachment, which allows water to leak in under it. Am I looking at a new one or is there a way to reshape it? If I have to replace, any ideas of vendors ?

The edge that is supposed to lay totally flush to the windshield is bowed up slightly just under the windshield wiper. The plastic frame of the cowl seems to be slightly warped at that point.

is the cowl itself warped or just the rubber stripping on the leading edge? the rubber stripping on mine was bowed up slightly too in a couple places. all i did was take a plastic tool, forced it down/curled it underneath itself and i left it that way for an hour or so. when i put it back to normal, it had basically "fixed itself" by retaining a more downward position, etc.

anyway, i'm not sure if you got this somewhere yet but the P/N is 997.572.563.08

In my case the cowl was warped - new one on the way from Suncoast. Thanks for the help, between the members here and Rennlist I was able to find what I needed. It's great to have people lend a hand to a rookie like me-
