underside panels

anyone ever take down the underside panels just to inspect for leaks etc?? How many screws hold those panels in? Anything even worth seeing under there? I had a whiteish dry spot under my car and was just wondering. Could have just been water and salt that dripped. Anti freeze level fine./
Thoughts?

Since no one else chimed in...I can't remember how many fasteners, but taking the panels off is super easy as long as your car is off the ground a bit.

With the back one off you can see check your transmission case (even do a drain and refill if you're so adventurous. It's nasty stuff so be warned). You can also check for leaks around the RMS which aren't as common on the 997 as the 996. You can also see the shift cables.

I'm sure there's more, but I can't remember.
