I looked at a lot of companies before deciding on Softronic. Pleased with results.

Six...I've seen you around these forums...mainly because of the avatar!

Is that a serious question or just a joke? Remap of ECU is for performance gain in HP and Torque. I found it to help out in my 07 C4S.

RaidersR1,
After Softronic update can you "FEEL" the difference in performance? Is it obvious or you need to "SEE" the gains on Dyno?

Thanks!

Has any 6speedesr actually independently posted "real world" before and after dyno results? I don't see alot of dyno action in here.

I did "feel" better acceleration from the update. I had to drive the car around a bit for the new program to make the changes. I have a Fabspeed Intake as well. The only reason I would dyno now is that I'm so used to the speed of the car that hard acceleration doesn't feel as fast anymore. The dyno would only "confirm" that there was gains. The seat of the pants test does work..in my opinion.

Thought about going back to stock...drive the car a bit that way...then flash the CPU again and see if there is a noticeable change at that point..but I haven't devoted the time to do that.

Guys, you can get a faster response by emailing or calling us directly. We're not on the forums as much as we used to due to our busy schedule. Recently, we have just finished the new 2013 M5/M6, Mercedes G65, Rolls Royce Ghost, and now we're working on the new 2013 Range Rover's with the new generation ECU.

I went with softronic. Before I installed awe headers, 200 cell fabspeed cats, IPD plenum and BMC air filter. After those mods car became wilder but I didn't find to be smooth and enjoyable like before. After I did softronic it felt million times better. All the disadvantages of previous upgrades were gone. Car definitely became stronger and faster. Also it add nice torque starting at 3000 rpms. Much more fun to drive on a regular bases. Overall very pleased with softronic ECU. Very easy to install as well. No need to do any mechanical work like removing your ECU and its reversible.
