Ceramic coating exhaust tips
if you want flat black, you can't beat grill (or manifold) paint for the price and turnaround - about $10 and done in hours. scuff it with low grit sandpaper and spray a few coats after each dry. mine have been through rain, heat and about 10 track days and still going strong. sure it's a little ghetto but unless you're in concours comp, it works and it's cheap. for ceramic coat you're probably looking at $150-$300 depending on how much a shop wants to rape you for, and it will look almost the same.
