New key cost to program?

I recently bought a 2007 carrera S (10k miles) which only came with 1 key, so I ordered a new transponder and blank from suncoast Porsche in Florida, what should I expect the dealer to charge me to cut the blank and program the transponder?
I also need them to program my Dension 500s Bt interface, wondering what that will run? Thanks
Mike

About $90 to cut and program

My local dealer said that unless I get the key from them, they will not cut the blank. The programming, around $150 they said.

Not sure if this works with 911s but try googling a procedure to program the key yourself.

On some vehicles it's something goofy like put key in start position, lock/unlock, turn on radio ... etc etc & many other variants.

That won't work.

You can program the key yourself, but you need the following:

1. PIWIS
2. Key blank cut - pretty easy and relatively inexpensive.
3. New remote/FOB - can get it cheaper than dealership.
4. IPAS codes - can only be obtained from Porsche. I believe dealerships have to take your VIN and contact PCNA to get them.

#4 is the problem. Most dealerships won't release the codes. Even with proof of ownership. And PCNA will make you contact the dealership. So even if you own a hacked version of PIWIS and a KTS520, or go to an indy that has a PIWIS or hacked PIWIS, you still need the codes.

You could try various dealers, bring proof of ownership, title, your ID, insurance, etc. But getting the IPAS codes is the key, pardon the pun.
