So the story goes, the two drivers are brothers, and the other calls his Saleen Mustang, "Nemesis". Apparently the Mustang usually wins.

Exactly and that is a Very Old Mustang. I can not believe how much faster it was, please tell me that was not a 997 Porsche 911.

The following driver was so obsessed he almost followed his NEMESIS off the track. A last minute correction saved him from going off.

If you take the driver out of the equation, the age of the car generally has nothing to do with how fast it is in theses types of situations....its what is underneath that counts.
I have seen plenty of late model high end cars (like 911's) get spanked by an older looking car like that mustang. And I laugh every time it happens

+1. Even though I hate them, older Mustangs are extremely cheap to make track ready.
