Hey everyone, (Scroll down for more pics!)


As the title states I just bought my first 997. It is a very special car in that it has a 105k MSRP built with excellent options ranging from full Cocoa Special Leather to PCCB's!

It is on its way on the carrier right now and I must ask, what are the FIRST things I should do when I get the car? It has been professionally detailed and inspected, so that's all covered.

I included a couple pics for now. Lots more to come once it has arrived!

What did you guys do when YOUR 997 first showed up/picked it up?

Nice color combination! What year?

For starters I'd take the day off work to put at least 500 miles on it

 

Congratulations! Love the interior color! A break from the normal black interior with silver combination.

First thing you should do is to put the rear spoiler down...

it's a 2006. Thanks for the compliment! I do plan on taking it for a small road trip (if you could call it that) to Marco Island for the weekend. (from Naples)

Man.. what a break, right? I happen to really love silver but got really tired of the sil/black dealer spec cars. This one was custom ordered by the previous owner. I should post a pic of the window sticker so you guys can get a real idea of what this baby has got... in fact.... I will do that right now

I see you have the x51 airbox, but no x51 option on the invoice...previous owner added that, but did he add the whole kit? you should find out...
