I will let you guys know if they give me any specifics on why they feel the gas is poor. I know that one of them has a turbo rotary which is pretty much sensitive to everything, but he said he had trouble even N/A.

The current engines will back off the timing if the octane is not high enough. If all you can get is 91 I wouldn't worry.

I was way north last summer and the "local" station only had 89 regular! ugh!
Since then , I keep a small bottle of octane boost just in case.
