Tpms question

I asked ths question in another thread but need a quick reply and help sorry for the duplicate.

Ok my Tpms just went on all 4wheels. Went on the site recommended here oewheelslic, but they seem to have 100 different ones for my car. I know most are 433 MHz are these the right ones for my 08 C4S. Very confused!
Also do tires have to be rebalanced as well after install?

I bought a set of oro-tek (OBE-001) for my 2008 C2. Worked like a charm. However, it looks like they are not currently in stock. If you are undecided about the brand, you can always call oe wheels to confirm. So long as it is the right frequency and are indicated for your vehicle, they should all work.

Italdream thanks but how did you determine the correct frequency? Also did you have to re balance your wheels or were they new tires?

Look around this forum and the other one. There is an OEM set fairly new for $200.00.

Yes. Correct frequency for 2008 C2 is 433. Likely is the same for yours.
I had my mechanic check the correct piece for me.
The tires were fairly recent (3000 mi) but not new. I do not think that he performed a rebalance.

Honestly, this is not the kind of part that should be bought used. They need to be changed after a few years for a reason. If you need OEM, you should buy new OEM.

Ok very odd. On my way to work today with every intent in just ordering new Tpms from
Oewheels when to my surprise they started to work again. By work I mean they are showing tire pressure not nessecaray the right tire pressure.
