GT3 front end
GT3 front end
I finally got around to taking some pictures of my recently added GT3 front bumper. I was lucky enough to find a used OEM bumper from a member here, who just happened to live 5 minutes from my house! Chris at Sterling Auto Concepts, who was highly recommended on this forum, did a great job of painting and installing it for me.
While he was at it I had him install a set of Rennline grills in the radiator openings and underneath the top smiley vent. I’m not using a center radiator, but wanted to leave the center open as it is on the GT3. Steve painted the internals black to give it a more finished look, and with the center grill in place, I think it looks cool.
Here are the mandatory pictures. I’m driving it carefully until the paint fully cures and I can get a clear film applied. The rest of the front end of the car is covered.

I currently pricing the same mod and am curious what you paid for labor (paint and install) on the bumper?
Only way to go in my opinion. The GT3 front bumper looks so natural and sporty on the 997. Cobalt Blue is a great color, wish there were cobalt blue 997 when I was in the market. I love my Basalt black but hate trying to remove the swirls every year.
cobalt blue got alot of swirls too man...
