Looks like the brake cooling duct that's attached to the lower control arm.

 

Well are the right and left supposed to be identical?

 

Identical in design. Made for left only/right only fitment.

 

They last longer when not driven over curbs. Good thing is they are cheap for a Porsche part.

 

Go to the web site link below, and download the parts diagram , PET, for your car. It's a great resource that you will use often. Then look for the proper diagram and it will show all the parts and part numbers for all the under belly plastic pieces. Brake cooling pieces would be in a different diagram I believe. Then go to the Suncoast Porsche or Sunset Porsche web sites, get a phone number and call for prices.
