Huh? I don't know what else I can say to make it anymore clear. 1999Porsche911's description is pretty straight forward. If your mechanic has access to a Porsche Repair Manual, he may be able to locate the relays. It may not be the same as 996 ones.

Just find the ground pin on the relay, put a 16 gauge wire to it and connect it on a switch, the other pin from switch goes on car`s ground. Check out renntech for 997 wiring diagrams.
