Yeah, as small as the Porsche community is, I'd be surprised if that 996 Turbo owner was not on this forum. As for the video, it is out there now.

 

Can't imagine why the guy took the car to this joint in the first place. Wouldn't let 'em add air to my tires.

 

There is a thread by the guy in the 996 forum. I think he has since taken the video down.

 

Too late now it would appear. Even a hint of those kinds of issues in any business is bad for business. The internet is the ultimate equalizer when it comes to customer satisfaction.

drove the car on the grass? whats the big deal about that? the question should be, did they do the job correct? seems like they aligned the car and did what they were supposed to do- who cares if they think the customer should **** off?

I'd have no issues with someone driving my car on the grass like this guy did- the customer seems like a snobby little cry baby porsche owner...
