Doc you might explore a TT with enough warranty to get you through a couple of years w/o worry. Also gdctus997 has a valid point with the X51 package. Its so much cheaper, without the hassle, to buy what you really want, than try and settle for second best. My 997 seems to handle better than my old 2001 TT, but performance wise there is a vast difference.

Its so much cheaper, without the hassle, to buy what you really want, than try and settle for second best. I love the 997S....better in many ways than the TT...but...
