More important how about the product, I remember something that de Depo ones are the best?

I don't believe the lights shown in the eBay link you provided are Depo - not sure why you thought that. No experience with "your" eBay vendor but I have good experience with vendor fishcake321 - he sells Depo LED tail lights for Porsches.

 

Those are made by Spyder and have the same quality as the Depo brand. Both are manufactured in China or Taiwan and are the same suppliers to the U.S. and German shops selling them as their own brand. Only difference is those tuners sell them for twice or sometimes three times the price to people thinking they're getting a higher quality product. So if you're looking for a better "brand", you won't. You'll only be paying extra for a false sense of having better quality. If anything, you can pay extra for better customer service from a reputable seller, but if you have to pay twice the price, you're better off getting it at the cheapest price you can find and buying new ones if it burns out. With the amount of failures I've heard about, which is low, you'll most likely be fine. They both fit well and function well most of the time. It all comes down to which style you want. The Depo lens are closer to the 997.2 design wherein the lens are less see-through and more diffused. The spyder brand as shown in your eBay link shows more of the internal reflectors.
