It is the same car but the posting was 4 yrs ago with 58,182 miles. Oh well, the search continues.

For most of us the timer (sometimes called the "wart") is not really useful most of the time other than being a visible indicator that the car has the Sport Chrono package.
Sport Chrono is optional on both base and S models. The sofware, SPORT, and SPORT PLUS (on PDK models) buttons can be added by the dealer as an aftermarket item, but this will not include the dash wart.

Right you are! Thanks for the correction. I'm so used to seeing it in most of the S models that I made the mistake of assuming it was "standard" on the S, as opposed to being a option that normally appears on most S models. I should have known better since it is a cost item on my car's build sheet.

I tried this an d it didn't work for me. I noticed that it worked for some and didn't for others. Just out of curiosity I was wanting to see mine but with no luck.

Sorry to hear it isn't working for you. I thought it would work for all North American cars. BTW, Suncoast can provide you with a much more detailed report than that one for only $10. It doesn't have the costs of your options but it does have a whole lot more. See http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...newproductpage

I just tried it again and it works with my VIN (2012). PM me your VIN and I'll try it.
