Hi MYC2SPC - like I said - photo was taken when i collected the car - no idea what the previous owner did

I've also never seen that before. Very unusual.

Sorry bout that,re-read. All I can think of is some type of harsh cleaner the past owner was maybe using on it? Have you shown pics to Porsche or asked a dealership?
