Memory Seat issue

Memory Seat issue
Appreciate any help and advise, did a search but most of the issues posted are on "how to set" the memory seats.
Problem;
About 2 months ago when I would drive my wife's '06 C4S Cab, I hit the memory function and it would go to my spec's, then after getting there, would then default back to her setting.
By default, it was as if I hit her seat position and the seat would continue moving. My temp fix was to hold the "my" button then get up to 10-20 mph or whatever the speed is needed and the memory would stop working on its own.
Now the same thing is happening to my wife, moves to her setting, then keeps moving as if another button has been pushed.
any simple fix, or something to look at??

No, I haven't change the keys.
Odd thing is that you push the button and it goes to position#3. Then release your finger and the seat goes back to position 1 on its own. (Now the same things happens to my wife, 1 goes to 3).
Seems like a short, or the buttons are sticking?
