So I want to replace my dull looking Carrera badge for a nice chrome one.

The ones that I order for 997 keep coming in a dark dull metal type colour.

I have noticed the 991 Carrera badge is chrome so can I order that and stick it on my 997? Are they roughly the same size?

since you're going to remove it for another one, y-not just paint it. I repainted mine back to silver

I'm not very practical so don't know where I would start with painting it.

Also I'd be worried about sticking it back on as I don't know which product to use and don't want to get adhesive residue anywhere elsr.
