can I ask what the point of a Targa is? I know its got the cool roof, but what brings someone to buy one? Youve got the cab for nice weather use, but you want a coupe for stiffness and handling, so what drives someone to buy one of these?

Wasn't the 996 targa a design mess and a poor seller? I thought dealers couldn't move them. What's with the encore?
