windshield washer fluid nor working

Its not spraying at all, but my headlight washers work fine. I pulled the connector off the washer bottle pump and checked the 2 female leads (not on the pump) with both a test light and a continuity test with the washer controls stalk tied to the steering wheel all the way forward in washer actuation mode. No power there. This makes me believe that its not the pump itself.

The wipers work fine BTW, but no spray. Then I went under the dash to see if I could hear a relay working when I pulled the stalk forward to the on position, but all I heard was a slight electrical click from the stalk area which tells me the switch in there is working fine. When I looked at the under dash relay board info in the service guide, it only shows a relay for the headlight washer pump, but not for the windscreen washer pump. it looked like a PITA to access the relays to pull and re-seat that one or any of them but I did wiggle them around as much as I could in case there was something not making good contact. I also checked the fuses (row B, F4 / Row C F2 or F3) listed for the headlight washer pump, (all good) but again, there is no fuse listed for the windshield washer pump.

Thoughts anyone?
