Question oil temps

Ive owned my 2006 C4S for about 5yrs. The oil temps have never been higher than ~205-215....ever. This last month it suddenly goes to 225-230ish and stays there....even in summer and stop/go driving w/ AC on never has it been higher than mentioned. Have third center radiator and 160degree thermostat. Runs very well otherwise. My Indie mechanic says no worries yet why would it suddenly run much warmer? Any ideas? Thanks

Low coolant perhaps? Check the levels when the car is cold.

Other options are the thermostat is stuck closed, water pump, radiator is blocked with debris, or radiator fans are not spinning.
