Pretty cool tech, but I see zero market for this at a price of $75,000.
That buys you a decent 997TT and $75k plus the value of the car it would go into buys you a GT3.
Also, the complete braking system must need to be changed in order for regenerative braking to work, unless they're talking about engine braking from the connection to the crank. If new brakes, how good are they compared to the current brakes on the car? In my case where in running PCCBs, someone else's brake kit is probably a downgrade.
Then there's how well it actually integrates into the driving dynamics of the car.
Like I said, no market at this price and probably a tough sell at even 1/3 that price, when for $15k you can get forced induction kits that produce similar gains.
I agree that it's so pricey that they probably won't sell more than a handful. But it is interesting tech... It would be cool to see a performance comparison with a stock model.
