The Breeze is infamous around these parts
Question Key Question

I have a 2012 997.2 C4S, and with this "confinement" situation we all face, I don't drive it as often as I used to. It may be a week or 10 days between drives. I find that the remote unlock feature does not work after 4-5 days. Once I unlock the door manually and drive off, the remote will work fine again for 4-5 days. I've already changed the battery, so I don't think that's the issue. Is this normal?

Yes, normal. It is a battery save feature part of the design. Details are in your owners manual.

If you're driving it that infrequently, I'd leave it on a battery tender too.

Yes, on my to-do list, especially with winter weather coming
