Volks are very nice wheels. I had a custom TE37 set on my E46 M3 before and they we're super light. Would love to get them for my TT for track purpose but they seem to be rather hard to get. Would love to see pics as well.
They DO seem to be hard to get. Do any of the sponsors on here have access to Volk? Or can anyone recommend a good distributor? I've had trouble finding a source that lists fitments for Porsche vehciles. I'd love to have a set for my 997.

You can also find these under RAYS Engineering which is the Japanese company that makes them. As far as I know, they only make one wheel for Pcars (bronze only). Magnesium alloy. Very light.

Your better off buying Sport Technic, they are made by Rays as well. So the forging process is the same and they are size/offset specific for Porsches. Get them from Peter at wheel experts. Also much better looking than the traditional Volk wheels.
Sportec's are boat anchors. Volk's are very light. I had Volk's on my S4 and they were also EXTREMELY strong. I hit a pothole so hard that it blew my Coilover and the wheel was still straight.

His company is one of the top Volk master distributors in the United Statees. Not to mention he is an honest down to earth guy as well.

Please report back what you find out.

Correct me if I'm wrong isn't Sportec another wheel manufacturer. I don't think it has any relationship with Sport Technic of Japan. Anyhow the Sport Technic does weigh 18.5lbs according to the manufacturers website.

Sportec AG out of Switzerland is in not affiliated with Sportec of Japan. Two different entities.
Sportec of Japan's rims are made by Rays Engineering.
