Ok, Got the headers put on yesterday too! What a huge difference. I can fell some noticable pulling power and with the PSE the car now sounds like a monster. When I shut off the PSE the car purrs quietly just like I wanted
I had no error messages. I followed the instructions for the intake and struggled only with where to zip tie my vacuume solenoid. I kind of wish the new airbox came with an adapter clip, o well.
My bet is the dealer can fix your error message. I had to have my ecu tweaked by the dealer when I installed aftermarket Xenon lights to my Cayenne S. The ECU cut power to my lights. Good luck!

I have the Sport Chrono, Will the GIAC mess with it at all?

Yeah, For sure. I'll try and get some new pics soon. Just picked up a new camera so I am going to put it to use this weekend.

I think there might be a program that accounts for the Sport Chrono from GIAC.

At any rate, I don't think it will affect it at all. The way the Motronic works, the car is "learning" your driving habits in real time and adjusting engine performance accordingly.

As I understand it, what the flash does is modify how much of the cars power is available to you at any given time. Where the Factory program will back the car off, the GIAC software will not, etc.
