Tubi Exhuasts....

Just thought I'd let you guys know that after much thought, hair pulling and persuasion I caved in and we're doing a couple of Tubi's for 997S'... I have to say the sound is something else. It's not what I'd call "pure Porsche", it's just different and I'm becoming a fan of them. I think it was Fred's Cayman S that started it... Then we had one on our Turbo for a while. I'll get pix and videos shortly for you guys. Either way there's a good few choices out there.

This was the case only on their first gen 996TT exhaust (the one with a single cannister design). I didn't witness this actual dyno but word got out pretty fast and everytime I've seen their new 996TT system on a dyno it matches up well to a Europipe or something of that pedigree.
We do a ton of Tubi systems down here- And yes they sound awesome - We have been very happy the sound and fitment..
Early Tubi 996TT turbo systems had some issues but this has been resolved and they do make power..

I am sending over a guy to you for a suspension install---
Since you will now OWE me - You will need to get a bunch of guys to come down to the ALMS /World Challenge Weekend in October for a little support.

Thanks! Mike
Tubi: Expensive but has a very distinctive sound indeed. Not "porcsche" but certainly very exotic. Fitment is great but I'm not sure what the power gains are here.
AWE: Done loads of these and the power gains are great. Fitment is superb and this is a system that's quiet enough to live with daily. There are a lot of dynos on these guys and nobody yet has said anything negative in that regard (other than the guys that want something louder).
Fabspeed: Gnarly sounding. People either love that sound or say it's too loud for them. Price-wise it's the cheapest and I'm guessing more people have that than any other exhaust? Does well on the dyno too. Done loads of these too. It's more "cup" car sounding I would say.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of these to be honest, which is why I am happy to offer any of the three... I'd say figure out what your criteria is in terms of sounds, usage, finances and go from there.
i'll be there cheering for sofronas and you guys. need any pit hands

Sure does sound like one.
Found a nice clip of a 997S fitted with the Tubi cans. Sounds very nice...
