Remote key mod

There is an aftermarket device available which adds a few neat features to our remote key .
https://www.wilhelmy-it.de/

Audible confirm when locking/unlocking
Auto-tip right rear view mirror
Passenger side auto up window fix
Key controlled headlights on/off
Trunk lock delay
etc.

Has anyone tried it ? any interest ?
there is a group buy on at the rennlist website.

List $ 299 , group buy ( 60 to 70 units ) for as low as $ 199 .

guys you need to go and add yourself to the thread if you want to be part of this big group buy. We are 35 or so right now and there will be more discounts (noticable) if we increase that number. Cayman guys tripled our number as of today and we have 4 more days until the group buy ends.

A link to the thread you referenced would be helpful. Is it in the Cayman forum ?

I would love to have the features, but I'm not a fan at all of mucking around with wiring in a 100k car.

We are the only install center in the US for this product and I can tell you it is VERY easy. You can do it in 30 minutes and it all can be undone. We actually just got the production model in the TT today instead of the protoype.

I am interested in getting it installed but am a little hesitant.
I understand it gets hardwired into the car .
Any problems with the cars electronics due to the installation ?
Are there any "bugs" which still need resolving ?

Thanks .

See Post 5 above with the link to the install instructions - looks pretty easy.
