Dudes. Everyone knows a bone stock M3 can stomp any 996tt or 997SC into the ground - even if I employ both supercharging and turbocharging at the same time like that Mini that was for sale on eBay . . .

Yes, all of us here on the 997 board really really wish we bought the much cheaper and older e46 M3 instead of our cars. Yup. We really do. (Is there such a thing as sarcastic font available?).

...lol i guess you guys dont like M3's. I have both a 996TT and an M3, so there is no need to be biased toward one or the other. I am simply stating my opinion from previous experiences.
If the P-car makes the stated HP (not at the wheels) a modded Stage 2 will give it a good run, with the P car probably winning. I have seen Stage 2 M3's putting down 440+ rwhp, but a Stage 3 which produces 500+ wrhp i am sure it will beat the P-car.
I love both cars, but for the money the M3 is best bang for buck, no reason to hate on it....

You obviously missed the other threads, only reason why they are saying that, and i for one love the M3, but would never ever sc one again!

I had stg 2+ and no traction, im sure the Porsche's put it down without a problem, again, the M3 had alot of trouble doing so! A fully NA bolt on M3 is on par with a stock 997S from the videos ive seen with Sev (Mliner) and his friend with black 997S, would be interesting between the both SC'd cars though!

The 997 with Evo SC ran an 11.8 and 997S 11.5!

The RUF R Kompressor does 0 - 200 km/h in 13 seconds, tested.

435 hp according to RUF

That gives a hint.

Sev just couldnt keep up anymore, After I got the GIAC and muffler Bypass pipes, im taking him pretty clean. He even got vanos tuned and picked up alot of power through the power band and 8 peak whp yet it still wasnt enough. Hes throwing in the towel and going for the technik stg 1.

Great job on those runs and videos Strtswpr996! My cousin is a huge m3 fan and was following your vids on the e46fanatics site. He was so happy when they actually tied your car, but in the end, he eventually bowed down to the 997s : )

Ok...
This morning I just dropped my 2006 S CAB off in Naples (Florida) for my Evo supercharger install. The first process is a Dyno this morning before the install Begins. The process will conclude with another Dyno on Friday after the install. I will pick up the car on Friday afternoon including full pics of the process as well as digtal files containg the Dyno results. My friend will bring her 996 TT so we can have some fun on the way home.
