You are right we don't know the full story and I'm assuming but if EVO mis-packaged the parts or forgot to include parts in a kit it does not matter if it was purchased from a reseller, EVO should step up and fix it at their cost. If this was not the case and it was the reseller that botched the order, then EVO has done no wrong in that regard and shouldn't be mentioned.

Although you must remember the part in question is an EVOMS part.

Like my brother says (STIG) all I had were problems!
I think we have to tell our bad experiences too! and not to shut up! like some members of here want because they have a good experience with Evoms or other tuners!

filter airbox incomplete! 996 mirros when I have a 997! tips comes wrong! SC cooler in a bad bad condition....and the final gift! SC doesnt run wel...and they talk that the ECU maybe is the problem but I send it to them to reprogram it! I really dont understand!

I have to spend too much money in shipping and taxes because of all these problems!!!

I send the airbox...I send the mirrors...I send the tips...I send the cooler...now I send the ECU...

I hope that your horrible experience is an exception, rather than the rule with Evoms!
Some cars (of any make) are just cursed, at some point the owner just gives up and trades in for something else.

Thanks for sharing your nightmare.

The more expensive the product the better the service and since the SC kit is not cheap a lot of attention should be paid to its buyers (who aren't many).

Is very expensive to buy and bring all here to Buenos Aires....with the Stage4...mirrors...tips...and the SC! I spend like U$S 26.000 with taxes and shipping....now you see why my humor is not the best....

There are a few posts in this thread, in fact even this threads existence, which kind of contradicts that.

Did EVOMS give you a refund? I know you were trying to sell the SC but have not heard anything and you still selling it.

Aloha

What a nightmare! Paris, I hope that thing get resolved because as it stands, you've lost a good chunk of money and EVO's reputation is not getting any better. Good luck.

It seems like the only people that are having any real issues/customer service problems are the ones doing this install outside north america.

I am afraid that problems with my set up keeps coming, also in my car. I have replaced almost all the sensors and solenoids of the car ,checked the Cam and VarioCam Alignment , made several compression tests and my car still keeps misfiring in bank 1,2,3.I am thinking of sending back the ECU Unit in EVOMS for update or check if everything is all right with it. The Dealership have charged me with a lot of money and so far we had no Breakthrough. I am very sad with all of this and i am starting to understand how Paris is feeling......
