Why is there a turd Trans Am in the banner at the top of the American Muscle section? With all the cool American cars out there, why would the powers that be put that turd at the top?

Actually I think that is a Firebird Formula if I'm not mistaken.

I think it's . With every other part of the site, you are welcomed by some car that just about every car lover lusts over... and then there's a mid-90s F-body with dull red paint and what look to be hub caps.

I would at least hope it's supposed to be a 93 Firehawk, which only 201 were made. They took the LT1 and sent it to SLP and actually outperfromed quite a few cars in it's day. That being said, its still a turd that routinely trades hands for under 5K today and wouldn't be my first choice to represent the "American Muscle" forum! lol
