why have they given so many holes in the seat?

Sorry, been off the site for awhile.

It's actually silver. Not stock. The previous owner had it done. I wasn't sure I would like it, but was assured that - in person - I would. I do.

The stock seats - without any piping and/or seat buttons - are a bit dull.
