how is the usability compared to say a 997 tubo porsche? Is it practical at all for semi daily driver use?

Not at all, honestly. Makes my Z06 feel like a Camry. Need about 5' to get the door open enough to get out. *Firm, low, loud (with Ford Racing exhaust). *People maul this thing. It's the anti-997TT (a car I really like and will pick up a cab at some point).

One small $ improvement that you will really appreciate is the soft faux leather boot/bezel for the shifter and hand brake. They look better but more importantly, your wrist won't feel like it is resting in a rubbery armpit when cruising with your hand on the shifter. See Andrew @ exoticare on the FGTforum.

I also can't say enough about the Ford SVO short throw shifter. Not much $ for a huge improvement. Those are getting hard to find now days.

Can't get enough of your great pics. Saved most to my hard-drive. See you on around the forums.

Not trying to spend your hard earned $ cause I know you just spent a lot.
These two are relative bargains. You gotta put some feelers on the short throw shifter as they are discontinued. Some guys bought multiples, wish I was one of them.

One day I will join the ranks. Ill probally also walk onthe moon one day...

Lol.. Thanks for livin my dream. Guess someone has to do it. J/k

Absolutely stunning. Never cared for ford but man that thing is sweet. I get what your saying about drivability. When my viper was stockish at 540 crank hp with a few bolt ons my buddy took me for a few quick burst in his cammed 600 hp crank c6z06.

My impression was that even modded it felt more tame than the stock viper. Id imagine the fgt is as close to a racecar as you can get in the exotic world?
